Movement and motion was one of the first aspects in life I felt safe and content. Especially in the art form of dance, where I am able to truly express myself by using the anatomy of my body. I live by this quote from Martha Graham “nothing is more revealing than movement”, as I genuinely believe the movements of the body reveal the movements of the soul.

Motion is the unifying bond between the mind and the body, and the movement sensations are the substance of that bond.
