My name is Nic, 23 years old, from Vancouver, Canada. I was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Canada with my family when I was young and grew up there since. I’m the youngest of 3. I have love for making music, learning about other cultures, playing basketball, calisthenics, and exploring nature. I studied Kinesiology in University.

Two years ago.
How did you get scouted?
while I was at the Vancouver Art Gallery one day in fall 2018.

David Gandy, Kim WonJoong, Sang Woo Kim, Alton Mason
What would be your dream modelling job?
I really want to do something with my family, like a holiday campaign wearing pajamas or something haha, it would be really memorable.
In an industry that is based on appearances, how do you handle negative comments and rejection?
It doesn’t bother me too much, it only fuels me to strive for more.
From your perspective, how do you think the fashion industry can improve?
Sample sizes. I’ve seen models starving themselves to fit smaller sample sizes which is unhealthy, and could also lead to mental problems. I believe everyone deserves to be happy and healthy with their body. Props to those brands working towards improving on this issues though.
What’s your favourite project/shoot you’ve done so far?
Burberry spring 2019 outerwear campaign, it was my first “big” shoot and I just remember it being such a nice and calm atmosphere with classic Burberry looks, which I dreamed of working for since I started modelling. I also met my dear friend Pong there. So yeah, you could say that was my favourite shoot so far.
